• As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to show an identity proof at the time of check-in. Please do ensure that you carry this with you.
• Outside Foods and drinks are not allowed inside resort premises.
• All persons, bags luggage and parcels and any other items are subject to securitycheck at the point of entry.
• Pets are allowed with prior booking, no extra charges for pet however extra cleaning charges or damages charges apply.
• Management will not be responsible for the loss of any of your personal belongings inside the resort.
• Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area.
• Wi-Fi internet is free and available in restricted areas.
• Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, mattresses, cutleries and equipments will be charged at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room and premises.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
